All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. (Valid Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.)

Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once processed, your order will be shipped from our logistics centre. The average delivery time is:

8–14 business days (Monday–Friday) to the United Kingdom and the European Union.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT for UK and EU customers. There will be no additional customs duties or import taxes at delivery for shipments to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
